If you are a new client, all inquiries, service requests, or questions should be directed to this phone number or email. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response so we can properly review and schedule your request.

We accept cash, credit, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. We DO NOT accept Zelle, CashApp, or other third-party payment platforms unless otherwise discussed.
Can you work evenings, weekends, or on short notice?
All work is scheduled and coordinated with clients in advance. We understand that emergencies happen — short notice calls or work during inclement weather (like snow) may incur an additional fee.
What happens if unexpected issues come up during the project?
Clients are contacted immediately. Work resumes only after you’ve been informed and share how you’d like to proceed.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or follow-up services?
Yes! Ongoing maintenance and follow-ups are scheduled like any other service, unless otherwise discussed.
Do you supply your own tools and materials?
Create and Manage Co. LLC can provide all materials needed for a job. This will be noted in your estimate and discussed before work begins. Clients are welcome to purchase materials themselves; we provide recommendations. If you choose alternative materials, we will install them but cannot guarantee functionality if issues arise.
Can you provide an estimate or quote before starting?
Yes, work begins only after an initial consultation and after the estimate/quote is approved by both parties.
How do you handle cleanup after completing the work?
We respect your space and clean up all messes once the job is complete. Any special removal (such as waste or animal droppings) will be discussed and included in your estimate.
How soon can you start, and how long will the job take?
Start dates are coordinated and agreed upon by both the client and the company. Project timelines depend on availability and scope of work.
What types of services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of services from painting, electrical, plumbing, to mounting TVs, installation of household items, flooring, and more.
How do you price your work — hourly, flat rate, or by project?
Pricing varies per job. We provide full disclosure before any payments, including a complete breakdown of labor and materials.
